摘　　要：动物模型是医学实验假说和临床假说的实验基础。辨病是西医的特长,辨证是中医的优势。病以病理学为核心,证以病机学为核心,依据辨证论治来建立模型是区别中医动物模型和西医动物模型的标志。本文对目前中医血瘀证候动物模型存在的问题进行了归纳分析,探讨了血瘀证候动物模型的建立、评价与研究的发展方向,为中医方-证-病的深入研究奠定了坚实的基础。Animal model is the experimental basis of medical experimental hypothesis and clinical hypothesis.Differentiation of disease is the specialty of Western medicine,while dialectics is the advantage of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The core of disease is pathology,the core of syndrome is pathogenesis,and the establishment of model based on dialectical treatment is a sign to distinguish the animal model of Traditional Chinese Medicine from that of Western medicine.In this paper,the existing problems of the animal model of blood stasis syndrome in Traditional Chinese Medicine are summarized and analyzed,and the establishment,evaluation and research direction of the animal model of blood stasis syndrome are discussed,which lays a solid foundation for the in-depth study of TCM prescription syndrome disease.
