摘 要:在冶炼烟气制酸系统中,中温余热被普遍回收利用且回收工艺很成熟,而干吸工序中的低温位余热未进行回收利用,随尾气排空。这部分烟气比热容较低,但总热量较大,直接排放热能损失较大。针对低温位余热回收问题,提出一种利用低温绝干烟气对酸性废水进行浓缩,以降低酸性废水处理系统的能耗,并提高系统处理效率的技术。In the metallurgical sulfuric acid system from flue gas,technologies for recovering medium-temperature waste heat are well established and proven,while low-temperature waste heat in the drying and absorption section is not recovered and instead is released together with tailgas. This flue gas has low specific heat capacity,however,the total amount of heat is big,which will be a significant loss of thermal energy if it is directly released. For the recovery of low-temperature waste heat,a technology is proposed which uses low-temperature adiabatic dry flue gas for concentration of sour effluent in order to reduce the energy consumption in the sour effluent treatment system,and increase the treatment efficiency of the system.
