摘　　要：介绍了一种利用外热式回转圆筒焙烧炉生产沸石催化剂的方法。该方法采用焙烧炉两端同时引风的技术,对于不能接触环境中水分的沸石催化剂的焙烧具有重要意义,可以大大提高产品合格率。提出了焙烧过程中物料“飞温”的解决方案以及设备设计中需要注意的问题,对此类催化剂生产具有重要的指导意义。A method to produce zeolite catalyst using externally heated rotary drum roaster is presented. The method employs a technology which simultaneously introduces air to both ends of the roaster. The method is essential for the roasting of the zeolite catalyst which can not be exposed to ambient moisture,thus significantly increasing the on-spec rate of the product. A solution against material temperature "run-away"is proposed during roasting,and considerations to be made during the design,which offers guidance to the production of such catalyst.
