摘  要:燃煤电厂脱硫废水的零排放一般包括预处理、浓缩及蒸发固化等环节,根据废水水质和处理要求等因素合理选择相应的技术是实现零排放的关键。对国内脱硫废水零排放技术的应用与研究进展进行了总结,分别对预处理、浓缩和蒸发固化等环节的常用技术进行了归纳,分析了技术的适用条件、优缺点及应用前景,指出高温烟道旁路蒸发塔技术在当前具有较大的应用优势,未来可从降低蒸发能耗和减小蒸发塔体积等方面做进一步的优化。In general,the process for zero-discharge of desulfurization wastewater from coal-fired plants includes pretreatment,concentration andevaporation solidificatio.Water qualiy and treatmentrequirements must betaken into consideration n technology selection,which playsakey role in theperformance of zero-discharge.In this paper.the application and research progresses of technologies for zero-discharge were summarized.Technologiesused for prereatment.concentration,and evaporation solidification were introduced,and their applicability,advantages,disadvantages and prospectswere analyzed.T he technology of high temperature bypass flue gas evaporation-tower was recommended for its remarkable advantages in use.In thefuture,it can be optimized from reducing the energy consumption and decreasing the size of evaporation-tower.
