摘  要:针对胶东地区某食品厂供水水质存在铁、锰,溶解性总固体、总硬度、硝酸盐、氯化物、土臭素、二甲基异茨醇超标等问题,采用各阶段强化处理及合理分流的方法对原有常规处理工艺进行了提升改造。采用活性炭-微滤-反渗透深度处理工艺,增设多层滤料滤罐,并替换原有常规处理工艺,节约了占地面积。实际运行结果表明,改造工艺解决了原有工艺处理效果不佳,部分构筑物超负荷运行的问题。改造后的处理工艺出水水质中铁、锰、溶解性总固体、总硬度、硝酸盐、氯化物与有机污染物的含量均符合GB5749-2006要求,改造后的处理工艺具有对污染物去除效果好,运行稳定等优点。总投资736.79万元,运行成本约50万元/月,处理费用合计5.3元/m^3。In view of the water quality of a food factory in jiaodong area, there are some problems such as iron, manganese, total dissolved solids, total hardness, nitrates, chlorides, geosmin and 2-methylisoborneol exceeding the standard. The original conventional treatment process was upgraded and reformed by means of strengthening treatment in each stage and reasonable diversion. Activated carbon-microfiltration-reverse osmosis advance treatment process was adopted, adding a multi-layer filter tank and replacing the original conventional processing, saving floor space. The practical operation results showed that, the transformation process solved the problem of poor treatment effect of the original process and overload operation of some structures. The contents of iron, manganese, total dissolved solids, total hardness, nitrates, chlorides, and organic contaminant in the effluent water of the modified treatment process all met the requirement of GB 5749-2006. The modified treatment process has the advantages of good pollutant removal effect and stable operation. The total investment is 7.3679 million yuan, the operating cost is about 500 thousand yuan per month,and the total processing cost is 5.3 yuan/m3.
