摘  要:根据湖北黄冈某工业园综合污水具有生化性较差、COD、含氮污染物含量较高的特点,以及该工业园水质特点和排放要求,采用预处理/A/O生物接触氧化/硅藻精土主体工艺+高效沉淀+转盘过滤处理园区综合污水。实际运行结果表明,当园区污水平均处理量为35.56×10^3m^3/d,BOD5、COD和SS、NH3-N、TN、TP的质量浓度平均分别为185mg/L、642 mg/L和346、37.6、43.2、5.6 mg/L时,出水平均分别为5 mg/L、26 mg/L和0.6、3.3、5.9,0.1 mg/L,符合GB 18918-2002的一级A标准要求。平均单位经营成本为0.85元/m^3。工艺具有设计紧凑、布置合理、自动化程度高、运行成本较低的特点。According to the comprehensive sewage of an industrial park in Huanggang,Hubei,it has the characteristics of poor biochemical properties,high COD,and high nitrogen-containing pollutants.According to the water quality characteristics and discharge requirements of the industrial park,the main process of pretreatment/A/O biological contact oxidation diatomite concentrate main process/high-efficiency precipitation/rotary filtration was used to treat the comprehensive sewage in the park.The practical operation results showed that,when the average sewage treatment capacity in the park was 35 560 m3/d and the average BOD5,COD and mass concentrations of SS,NH3-N,TN,TP were 185 mg/L,642 mg/L and 346,37.6,43.2,5.6 mg/L respectively,the average effluent were 5 mg/L,26 mg/L and 0.6,3.3,5.9,0.1 mg/L respectively,which met the first level A standard of GB18918-2002.The average unit operating cost was 0.85 yuan/m3.The process has the characteristics of compact design,reasonable layout,high degree of automation and low operating cost.
