摘  要:钢混结合梁桥作为一种重要的桥梁结构形式,可最大程度利用混凝土抗压性及钢材抗拉性,在城市高架桥中已广泛应用。但目前常用钢混结合梁断面尺寸相对保守,存在较大的优化空间。基于福州市新店外环路高架桥结合梁工程进行有限元仿真建模,并选取上翼缘厚度、支点截面下翼缘厚度和钢梁腹板高度3个参数展开敏感性分析。轻型化设计结果表明:下翼缘厚度、腹板高度对钢混结合梁结构效应的敏感性大于上翼缘厚度;在强度计算、裂缝计算和变形计算均满足规范要求的前提下,优化方案较原设计方案造价降低15.6%,大大提高钢混结合梁的经济效益。As an important bridge structure,the steel-concrete composite beam bridge can make the best use of the compressive strength of concrete&the tensile strength of steel,and has been widely used in urban viaduct.However,the section size of steel-concrete composite beams is relatively conservative,and there is a large space for optimization.Finite element simulation modeling is carried out based on the composite beam project of Xindian Outer-Ring Viaduct in Fuzhou,and the sensitivity analysis is carried out by selecting three parameters:the thickness of the upper flange,the thickness of the lower flange of the fulcrum section&the height of the steel beam web.The lightweight design results show that the sensitivity of the thickness of the lower flange&the height of the web to the structural effect of the steel-concrete composite beam is greater than that of the upper flange;on the premise that the strength calculation,crack calculation&deformation calculation meet the requirements of the specification,the cost of the optimized scheme is reduced by 15.6%compared with the original design scheme,which greatly improves the economic benefits of the steel-concrete composite beam.
