摘 要:上海市某大型地下式污水处理厂采用一体化箱体,箱体基坑面积超8万m2,最大挖深超13 m,属软土地区超大深基坑。设计时,通过对不同围护支撑方案进行选型分析,提出箱体浅区采用“放坡+重力坝”、深区采用“钻孔桩结合三轴水泥土搅拌桩(局部旋喷桩)止水帷幕+二道钢筋混凝土支撑”的设计方案。为保证深、浅基坑同时开挖,在交界处靠浅区留出1条宽约60 m的东西向缓冲带,有效减小不同基坑深度同时开挖的相互影响。A large underground sewage treatment plant in Shanghai adopts an integrated box body.The box body foundation pit area exceeds 80000 m2,and the maximum excavation depth exceeds 13 m.It is a super-large deep foundation pit in soft soil area.In the design,through the selection&analysis of different enclosure support schemes,it is proposed that the shallow area of the box body adopts grading+gravity dam,and the deep area adopts the design scheme of bored pile combined with three-axis cement-soil mixing pile(partial rotary jet grouting pile)water curtain+two reinforced concrete supports.In order to ensure the simultaneous excavation of deep&shallow foundation pits,an east-west buffer zone with a width of about 60 m is reserved in the shallow area at the junction to effectively reduce the mutual influence of simultaneous excavation of different foundation pit depths.
