摘 要:运用大型通用有限元程序ABAQUS搭建路面开挖修复的3D模型,对比矩形、台阶及梯形3种不同断面形式下路面修复结构的优缺点。根据分析认为,梯形开挖断面既能保证开挖路面修复后性能,又能较好规避开挖区域的应力集中现象,还易于施工,且综合矩形和台阶形断面的优点。基于梯形开挖断面的数值模型,研究梯形底角、交界面摩擦力、开挖修复区域土基模量、基层模量对路表弯沉的影响。结果表明,开挖区域基层模量、梯形两边交界面摩擦因数对修复后性能的影响较小;适当减小梯形断面底角、增大开挖区域土基模量,以提高开挖路面修复后的使用性能,建议在工程中梯形底角取值范围为40°~45°。The 3D model of pavement excavation&repair is built by using ABAQUS,and the advantages&disadvantages of pavement repair structures with rectangular,stepped&trapezoidal cross-sections are compared.According to the analysis,the trapezoidal excavation section can not only ensure the performance of the excavated pavement after repair,but also avoid the stress concentration phenomenon in the excavation area.It is also easy to construct,and combines the advantages of rectangular&stepped sections.Based on the numerical model of trapezoidal excavation section,the influence of trapezoid bottom angle,interface friction,soil foundation modulus and base modulus on pavement surface deflection is studied.The results show that the base modulus in the excavation area and the friction coefficient of the interface on both sides of the trapezoid have little influence on the performance after repair;the bottom angle of trapezoid section should be appropriately reduced and the modulus of soil foundation in the excavation area should be increased to improve the service performance of the excavated pavement after repair.It is suggested that the trapezoid bottom angle should be taken from 40°to 45°in the project.
