恩格斯晚年的“民主共和国”思想及其现实启示

摘　　要：马克思、恩格斯在领导国际共产主义运动时,对无产阶级专政国家政体问题的探究经历了一个由内致外、由浅及深的过程。晚年的恩格斯根据十九世纪末资本主义发展和国际工人运动发展的新情况,对这个问题进行了新的探索,提出了一个全新的论断,形成了“民主共和国”思想。这一思想既包含对资本主义国家政治制度的新认识,又包含对社会主义国家政治制度的新思考,具有丰富的理论内涵,在新的历史方位下对我国发展中国特色社会主义民主政治具有重要启示意义。When Marx and Engels led the international communist movement,the inquiry into the political system of the dictatorship of the proletariat went through a process from the inside to the outside,from the superficial to the deep.In his later years,Engels made a new exploration of this issue based on the new development of capitalism and the development of the international labor movement at the end of the nineteenth century,put forward a brand-new conclusion,and formed the idea of a democratic republic.This thought contains not only a new understanding of the political system of capitalist countries,but also new thinking about the political system of socialist countries.It has rich theoretical connotation and is of great enlightening significance to the development of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics in the new historical era.
