摘 要:目的了解包头市聚集性疫情的传播特点,为今后疫情防控策略提供可借鉴依据。方法进行病例流行病学个案调查,对患者居住地现场查看,对患者及密切接触者进行核酸和血清学检测,对患者居所环境样品进行核酸测定。结果包头市发生家庭聚集性疫情2起,报告确诊病例10例,疑似病例3例,占总报告病例数的86.67%。K区聚集性疫情是哥哥从武汉返回,弟弟感染发病;T区是一个家庭儿子武汉返回,父母感染发病,儿子及其父母先后到其爷爷家看望,其爷爷楼上邻居杜女士及其家人先后发病。杜女士家26份环境样品中,枕头、地毯、牙缸等13份样品新冠病毒核酸检测阳性;10例病例出院后恢复期血清IgG抗体阳性。结论 K区和T区的疫情均属于一个潜伏期内先后暴露发病,呈现输入性和家庭聚集性发病特征。T区第一代病例为武汉回来的李先生,第二代病例为李先生父母、杜女士二儿媳和杜女士,第三代病例为杜女士大儿子彭大、大儿媳韩女士和其外孙女、大孙女夫妇。杜家病例通过密切接触或使用被污染的生活用品和公共用具感染的可能性较大。Objective To understand the spreading characteristics of the clustered epidemic in Baotou City,and to provide reference for future epidemic prevention and control strategies.Methods Case-by-case investigation was performed,patients’residences were checked on site,nucleic acid and serological tests were conducted on the patients and close contacts,and samples of the environment of the patients’residences were collected for the determination of the novel coronavirus nucleic acid.Results Two clustered epidemic of family occurred in Baotou with 10 confirmed cases and 3 suspected cases accounting for 86.67%of the total reported cases.In area K,the elder brother returned from Wuhan,then,the younger brother got infected.In area T,a son went back from Wuhan to live with his parents,then the parents got infected.The son and his parents went to his grandfather’s house,then,Ms.Du(the grandfather’s neighbor upstairs)and her family members got progressive onset.Conclusion The epidemic situation in areas K and T both belong to a latent period of exposure,showing the characteristics of imported and family aggregation.The first-generation case in Area T was Mr.Li who came back from Wuhan,the second-generation cases were Mr.Li’s parents,Ms.Du’s second daughter-in-law and Ms.Du,and the third-generation cases were Ms.Du’s eldest son,Peng Da,Peng Da’s wife,Du’s granddaughter and Peng Da’s daughter couples.Cases of Du’s family are more likely to be infected through close contact or using contaminated household items and public appliances.
