摘 要:采用苯酐-尿素法合成了羧基碳纳米管负载共联苯双核金属酞菁(AF-MWCNTs/MPc-MPc)及其硝基(AF-MWCNTs/TNMPc-TNMPc)和酰胺基衍生物组装体(AF-MWCNTs/TcaMPc-TcaMPc),联合使用γ-MnO2作为氧还原反应的催化剂。借助循环伏安法(CV)对催化剂的配比进行优化,得到双核酞菁组装体与γ-MnO2的最佳配比。研究最佳配比催化剂对氧还原的催化性能和抗甲醇中毒性能,考察酞菁环上取代基对最佳比例催化剂催化性能的影响。结果表明:同一系列的双核金属酞菁,催化剂的活性顺序为Fe>Co;当双核金属酞菁的中心金属离子相同时,催化剂的催化活性顺序为硝基取代高于酰胺基取代高于无取代的顺序变化。Carboxylic carbon nanotubes supported binuclear metal phthalocyanine shearing biphenyl ring assemblies AF-MWCNTs/MPc-MPc,AF-MWCNTs/TNMPc-TNMPc and AF-MWCNTs/TcaMPc-TcaMPc were synthesized by phthalic anhydride-urea method.Dual catalyst(AF-MWCNTs/MPc-MPc)-MnO2,(AF-MWCNTs/TNMPc-TNMPc)-MnO2 and(AF-MWCNTs/TcaMPc-TcaMPc)-MnO2 were prepared via addingγ-MnO2 into binuclear phthalocyanine assemblies with different proportions.The optimum proportion of binuclear phthalocyanine assembly toγ-MnO2 were obtained by cyclic voltammetry(CV).The effects of substitutes on phthalocyanine ring on the catalytic performance of dual catalysts with the optimum proportion for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and methanol-tolerant abilities were investigated.The results showed that the catalytic efficiency order of the dual catalyst for ORR was Fe>Co for the same series of binuclear metal phthalocyanines.When the central metal ions of binuclear metal phthalocyanines were the same,the catalytic performance of(AF-MWCNTs/TNMPc-TNMPc)-MnO2 was higher than that of(AF-MWCNTs/TcaMPc-TcaMPc)-MnO2 and(AF-MWCNTs/MPc-MPc)-MnO2.
