摘 要:以CaCO3为改性剂,采用表面沉积法制备了CaCO3改性BaSO4复合材料。通过傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对其进行了结构表征,并研究了改性温度、改性浓度对复合材料粒径分布、活化度和沉降时间的影响。结果表明,25℃下,复合材料的粒径分布较窄且均匀,集中在1000~2000 nm。当温度为25℃、浓度为2 mol·L^-1时,具有最佳的改性效果,与未改性BaSO4相比,活化度和沉降时间高达88.2%和7.5 h,分别提高了54.99%和5 h,这一结果对商洛地区BaSO4改性复合材料的生产具有指导意义。CaCO3 was used as modifier,the CaCO3 modified barium sulfate composite material was prepared by the surface deposition method.The chemical structural characterization was carried out by FT-IR,XRD,SEM,and the effects of modification temperature and modification concentration on the particle size distribution,activation degree and sedimentation time of composite materials were studied.The particle size distribution results showed that the particle size distribution of the composite materials is narrow and uniform at 25℃,concentrated between 1000~2000 nm.The results of the determination of activation degree and sedimentation time showed that when the temperature is 25℃and the concentration is 2 mol·L^-1,it has the best modification effect.Compared with unmodified barium sulfate,the activation degree and sedimentation time are as high as 88.2%and 7.5 h,which are increased by 54.99%and 5 h,respectively.This result has guiding significance for the production of CaCO3 modified BaSO4 composite materials.
