摘 要:为准确评价公路货运站建设规模与各种内外部条件的适应程度,判断其合理性,对公路货运站建设规模适应性评价的内涵进行了分析;在此基础上,从宏观、微观两方面,采用货运需求适应性、装备适应性、交通适应性、效益费用比、饱和性、匹配性、服务水平、净资产收益率八个指标建立了评价的指标体系;应用交通规划与技术经济学的方法构建了各指标的量化模型;提出了层次分析法和模糊综合评价法相结合的综合评价方法,并结合实例进行了验证。文章提出的方法,考虑了货运站在宏观与微观两个层面上的适应性,并实现了定性和定量的结合,评价结果更加符合实际。To accurately evaluate the adaptability between the construction scale of highway freight station and various internal and external conditions and judge its rationality,the connotation of the adaptability evaluation of highway freight station construction scale was analyzed.On this basis,from the macro and micro aspects,eight indicators including freight demand adaptability,equipment adaptability,traffic adaptability,benefit-cost ratio,saturation,matching,service level,and return on equity are selected to establish the evaluation index system.A comprehensive evaluation method combining the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed and verified by the example.The method proposed in this paper considers the adaptability of the freight station on the macro and micro levels,and realizes the combination of qualitative and quantitative,and the evaluation results are more realistic.
