摘 要:大理罗汉松作为一种特有珍稀林木资源,其保护和利用研究有重要意义。采用人工扦插繁殖的方法,研究了不同插穗条件对大理罗汉松生根情况的影响,并采用留叶对照试验、正交设计试验、建立线性回归关联模型的方法进行了试验分析。试验结果表明:在适宜的外部环境条件下,穗条留叶比较不留叶对愈伤起始时间和生根率都有显著差异,留叶组愈伤开始时间短,生根率高;正交试验结果,影响罗汉松扦插生根的最主要因素为穗条着生部位,其次为留叶面积,再次为穗条粗度,穗条采集地次之,选择出了最佳试验组合为:着生部位在树干中部穗条,留叶面积在8.01~11.00 cm 2之间,粗度在8.51~12.00 mm之间,采自弥渡先锋村的穗条,这一穗条处理愈伤组织起始时间最短,原基生成率相对较高,不定根形成时间较快,生根率较高,根数最多,根长最长。从关联线性模型得出:留叶面积、粗度会对生根综合因子产生显著的正向影响关系;以及着生部位顶部相较于中部,着生部位基部相较于中部会对生根综合因子产生显著的负向影响关系。In this paper,the cuttage experiment was carried out in order to study effects of different cutting conditions on the rooting of podocarpus forrestii.The methods were leaves retention control test,orthogonal design test and the establishment of linear regression correlation model.Under the suitable external environment,the results showed that,there was a significant difference in callus initiation time and rooting rate of the cuttings with leaves compared with no leaves.The retention group had a short callus initiation time and a high rooting rate.The results of orthogonal test showed that the most important factor affecting the rooting characters was the cuttings position of growth;the second was the area of the leaf retention;the third was the diameter and the fourth was the place of cuttings collection.The best combination was:the cuttings position was in the middle of the tree;the area of the leaves was between 8.01~11.00 cm 2;the diameter was between 8.51~12.00mm,and the collection place was from the Xianfeng village of Midu.Through those cuttings conditions,the callus had the shortest starting time;the root primordium formation rate was relatively high;the adventitious root formation time was faster;the rooting rate was higher;the number of roots was the most and the root length was the longest.According to the correlation linear model,leaves area and cuttings diameter had a significant positive effect on the comprehensive factors of rooting.Compared with the middle part,the top part and the base part had a significant negative effect on the comprehensive factors of rooting.
