摘　　要：第二溢洪道是柘林水库重要的泄水工程,其泄水能力占整个枢纽的70%,但下游行洪区内人口密集,且有大量建房,一旦启用泄洪,保障区内人民生命财产安全将是重点关注的问题。利用MIKE21 FM非结构化网格模型对下游行洪区进行洪水风险分析,验证对比表明,利用MIKE21 FM构建的二维水动力学模型计算得出的淹没范围较为合理,可为当地防汛部门制定转移措施提供依据,保障区内人民生命财产安全,具有较好的应用价值。The second spillway is a great important drainage project of the Zhelin Reservoir,and its drainage capacity accounts for 70% of the whole project.However,the downstream flood way district is densely populated and has a large number of houses built.When the second spillway is used,how to ensure the safety of people’s lives and property in the area will be a major concern.In this paper,the flood simulation analysis was carried out on the downstream flood way district by the MIKE21 FM unstructured grid model.After the empirical comparison,the results show that the simulation results of the two-dimensional hydrodynamic model constructed are reasonable.Especially,the calculated inundation area can be used to formulate transfer measures in advance for the local flood control departments,and guarantee effectively the safety of life and property.The research results has good application values.
