摘 要:为了在施工过程中对碾压混凝土坝的内部温度实时动态监控并制定相应的温度控制措施,从而减少由温度应力引起的裂缝,在施工过程仿真分析的基础上,建立有限元模型,再根据混凝土温升随浇筑时间的变化并结合实际情况,实时动态施加坝基初始温度、坝体浇筑温度及随时间改变的气温、水温等荷载条件和边界条件等,基于施工过程的荷载步长,利用ANSYS二次开发功能实现温度场仿真计算,建立了从大坝施工开始经混凝土冷却直至准稳定温度场状态的全过程仿真分析系统。实例应用结果表明,该系统提供了一个基于施工过程的碾压混凝土温度场仿真计算分析工具,具有灵活性和实用性。In order to dynamically monitor the internal temperature of RCC dam in real time during construction and make corresponding temperature control measures to reduce cracks caused by temperature stress,based on the simulation analysis of construction process,the finite element model is established.And then the initial temperature of the dam foundation,the temperature of pouring dam body,the temperature changing with time and the load conditions such as water temperature and boundary conditions are dynamically applied in real time by combining the concrete temperature rise with the change of pouring time with the actual situation.Based on the load step length of construction process,the simulation calculation of temperature field is realized by using the secondary development function of ANSYS.Furthermore,a simulation analysis system for the whole process from concrete cooling to quasi-stable temperature field is established.An example shows that the system provides a simulation analysis tool for RCC temperature field based on construction process,and it is flexible and practical.
