摘 要:为找出溧阳抽水蓄能电站水轮机进水球阀先后发生的两起高压软管爆管事故的原因,利用solidworks建模,经ANSYS有限元分析对比,发现无杆腔高压软管弯曲度过大、局部压差过大导致疲劳损伤而撕裂;进而改进了接力器无杆腔高压软管,有限元分析表明,管道内的压力分布符合要求。最后提出球阀接力器有杆腔和无杆腔高压软管的代替结构,从根本上消除了高压软管爆管的安全隐患。In order to find out the causes of two high-pressure hose burst accidents in water turbine inlet ball valve of the Liyang Pumped-storage Power Station,solidworks modeling and ANSYS finite element analysis demonstrate that too large camber and excessive local pressure difference of rodless cavity high-pressure hose lead to fatigue damage and tearing.Therefore,the high-pressure hose of the rodless cavity of the servomotor is improved.The finite element analysis shows that the pressure distribution in the pipeline meets the requirements.Finally,the replacement structure of the highpressure hose with rod cavity and rodless cavity of the ball valve servomotor is proposed,which fundamentally eliminates the potential safety hazard of high-pressure hose bursting.
