摘 要:直流偏磁会引起变压器励磁电流畸变,导致变压器振动加剧,影响变压器的稳定运行。为了研究偏磁电流对变压器的励磁及振动特性的影响,建立了基于多物理场耦合的变压器有限元模型,仿真分析了直流偏磁对变压器励磁电流和振动的影响,并通过搭建的试验平台对仿真结果进行了验证。结果表明,无偏磁时励磁电流中不含偶次谐波,偏磁时出现了偶次谐波分量且铁芯磁密正负半周失去了对称分布特性,振动亦随之加剧。DC bias magnet will cause distortion of the excitation current of the transformer,which will increase the vibration of the transformer and affect the stable operation of the transformer.In order to study the influence of bias current on the excitation and vibration characteristics of the transformer,a finite element model of transformer based on multi-physics coupling is established.The influence of DC bias on the excitation current and vibration of the transformer is analyzed.The simulation result is verified by test platform.The results show that the excitation current does not contain even harmonics when there is no bias,and the even harmonic components appear when the magnetic field is biased.When the magnetic core is biased,the magnetic core is lost in the positive and negative half cycles,and the vibration is also intensified.
