有机硅含量对有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂涂层性能的影响

摘　　要：以八甲基环四硅氧烷为原料,使用六甲基二硅氧烷为分子量调节剂,并结合硅烷偶联剂,在二甲基亚砜促进作用下,使用本体聚合的方法合成带有双键的预聚有机硅预聚体。再选用核-壳聚合的方式,把丙烯酸酯单体、有机硅预聚体进行聚合,合成出不同硅油含量的复合树脂乳液。通过耐水性测试可以得出,有机硅改性的丙烯酸树脂相比于纯丙烯酸树脂在耐水性、耐腐蚀性等方面有明显的提升。有机硅的加入,可以明显加强丙烯酸树脂的耐酸碱性,同时改性后的树脂膜在拉伸强度方面也均得到了明显的提高。当有机硅-丙烯酸乳液中有机硅预聚体含量为9%,六甲基二硅氧烷用量为0.3g,D4用量为20mL时,聚合物的性能达到最佳。实验证明有机硅的加入可以有效提高丙烯酸树脂对于抵抗紫外线、酸雨等恶劣气候的性能。In this paper,octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane is used as raw material,hexamethyldisiloxane is used as molecular weight regulator,combined with silane coupling agent,under the promotion of dimethyl sulfoxide,the method of bulk polymerization is used to synthesize the prepolymerized silicone prepolymer with double bonds.Then select the core-shell polymerization method to polymerize the acrylate monomer and the silicone prepolymer to synthesize the composite resin emulsion with diff erent silicone oil content.Through the water resistance test,it can be concluded that compared with pure acrylic resin,the silicone modified acrylic resin has a significant improvement in water resistance and corrosion resistance.The addition of silicone can significantly enhance the acid and alkali resistance of the acrylic resin,and at the same time,the tensile strength of the modified resin film is also significantly improved.When the silicone prepolymer content in the silicone-acrylic emulsion is 9%,the dosage of hexamethyldisiloxane is 0.3g,and the dosage of D4 is 20mL,the polymer performance reaches the best.Experiments have proved that the addition of silicone can eff ectively improve the performance of acrylic resin against adverse weather such as ultraviolet rays and acid rain.
