摘 要:分析高分子纳米材料的耐热性能及抗磨损性能,在提升基体纯度的基础上,使用乳液插层聚合法制备基体-蒙脱土(MMT)高分子纳米复合材料JS-MMT,使用热重分析仪分析JS-MMT热失重情况与热失重中心温度获得高分子纳米材料耐热性能;通过能谱仪分析JS-MMT的元素含量;通过磨损失重等指标,获取JS-MMT的抗磨损性能。通过实验分析,2.5质量份长烷链铵盐处理后的蒙脱土作为添加剂制备的JS-MMT耐热性能最好、铁离子元素存在最多,能够有效保护基体,磨损量约为15mg,抗磨损性能最佳;高载荷与高滑动线速度作用下,缩短两种滑动线速度的磨损量相对差值,载荷与滑动线速度越高,抗磨损性能越好。The heat resistance and wear resistance of polymer nanomaterials are analyzed.On the basis of improving the purity of the substrate,the emulsion intercalation polymerization method was used to prepare JS-MMT polymer nanocomposite,and the thermogravimetric analyzer was used to analyze the thermal weight loss of JS-MMT and its central temperature to obtain the heat resistance of the polymer nano-materials.The element content of JS-MMT was analyzed by energy spectrometer.The anti-wear performance of JS-MMT is obtained through such indexes as wear weight loss.Through experimental analysis,the JS-MMT prepared with montmorillonite as an additive after 2.5 mass of long alkyl chain ammonium salt treatment has the best heat resistance,the presence of iron ions is the most,and can eff ectively protect the matrix.The wear amount is about 15mg,and the wear resistance is the best.Under the action of high load and high sliding linear velocity,the relative diff erence between the two sliding linear velocity is shortened.The higher the load and sliding linear velocity are,the better the wear resistance is.
