摘 要:研究了在三溴化磷的催化下,利用亲电取代反应(SN2)以高电子云密度的卞基醇为底物制备卞基溴的工艺合成方法。实验探究了不同的投料方式、反应时间、反应温度等对苄溴产率的影响,得到了该方法合成苄基溴的最佳反应条件,即在100℃反应温度下反应50min苄基醇就能够完全转化为苄基溴,大大提高了原料的利用率,且反应条件相对温和,是绿色环保型的反应。A method for preparing benzyl bromide by using electrophilic substitution reaction(SN2) under the condition of phosphorus tribromide as catalyst and benzyl alcohol with high electron cloud density as substrate. The effects of reaction time and reaction temperature on the yield of benzyl bromide were investigated experimentally, and the optimal reaction conditions for the synthesis of benzyl bromide by this method were obtained. And this reaction can reach 100% conversion at 100℃ for 50 min. It greatly improves the utilization rate of raw materials and is a green environmental protection reaction.
