基于织物风格评价系统的粘胶仿丝织物服用性能及其风格研究

摘　　要：选择四种不同粘胶仿丝织物,两种相似规格真丝织物,对织物表面形态、悬垂性、保形性、透通性、抗静电性等服用性能以及风格进行详细分析。基于粘胶仿丝织物舒适性较好,引进织物风格评价系统测试织物力学性能与风格。结果表明,粘胶仿丝织物的悬垂性、透湿性、抗静电性优越,而韧性、耐用性、透气性良好,但是抗皱性需改进;不同于真丝织物,粘胶仿丝织物硬挺度与光滑度相对较差,但丰满度却较高,因此小线密度的粘胶经纬纱仿丝织物效果更佳。Choosing four diff erent viscose silk imitation fabrics and two similar specifications of silk fabric,fabric surface shape,drape,shape preserving,permeability,antistatic and other wearability,as well as the style of the fabrics were analyzed in detail.Based on the good comfort of viscose silk-like fabric,a fabric style evaluation system was introduced to test the mechanical properties and style of the fabric.The results show that viscose silk-like fabric has excellent drape,moisture permeability and static resistance,and good toughness,durability and air permeability,but the crease resistance needs to be improved.Diff erent from silk fabric,viscose silk-like fabric has poor stiff ness and smoothness,but high fullness,so viscose weft-like silk fabric with small thread density has better eff ect.
