乒乓球拍用醋丙乳液胶粘剂材料的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：为了满足乒乓球拍胶粘剂应用,推动醋丙乳液胶粘剂材料的发展与优化,提出乒乓球拍用醋丙乳液胶粘剂材料的制备及性能研究。通过半连续乳液聚合方法制备醋丙乳液胶粘剂材料。依据醋丙乳液胶粘剂材料特征,选取醋丙乳液胶粘剂材料性能指标以及关键影响因素,以上述制备的醋丙乳液胶粘剂材料为试样,分别在不同制备反应温度、制备反应时间、乳化剂质量、聚乙烯醇PVA17-88与PVA17-99质量配比与乳化剂类型下进行实验,分析醋丙乳液胶粘剂材料性能的变化趋势。实验结果显示:当制备反应温度为80℃、反应时间为80min、乳化剂质量为3%、聚乙烯醇PVA17-88与PVA17-99质量配比为4:0、乳化剂类型为OP-10时,可以获得高性能的醋丙乳液胶粘剂材料。In order to satisfy the application of table tennis racket adhesive and promote the development and optimization of vinyl acetate emulsion adhesive material,the preparation and properties of vinyl acetate emulsion adhesive material for table tennis bat were put forward.Through semi continuous emulsion polymerization method,vinyl acetate emulsion adhesive material was prepared.According to the characteristics of vinyl acetate emulsion adhesive material,the performance index and key factors of vinyl acetate emulsion adhesive were selected.Taking the above prepared acetate acrylic emulsion adhesive material as the sample,the experiments were carried out at diff erent preparation temperature,reaction time,emulsifier dosage,the ratio of PVA17-88 and PVA17-99 of polyvinyl alcohol and the type of emulsifier.The change trend of the properties of the agent materials were discussed.The experimental results show that when the preparation temperature is 80℃,the reaction time is 80min,the emulsifier dosage is 3%,the PVA 17-88 and PVA17-99 mass ratio is 4:0,the emulsifier type is OP-10,high performance vinyl acetate emulsion adhesive material can be obtained.
