摘 要:为有效预防水溶性金属在热处理中的氧脱现象,本文对水溶性金属热处理保护涂层的耐腐蚀性能作进一步探究。首先计算金属热处理过程的传热数值,根据罗比塔准则得到金属零件中心节点离散公式,并将空间步长与时间步长设为条件,保证离散结果收敛的正确性,从而得到实际加热情况下金属零部件内温度状态,为后续的涂层耐腐蚀性能分析奠定基础。然后采用遗传算法编制计算机优化程序,引入惩罚项获得重量轻、厚度薄的涂层结构,通过调节适应度函数提高收敛速率,增强涂层对金属表面的保护系数。最后将45#钢上的水溶性热处理Ni Al保护涂层作为实验对象,验证其耐腐蚀性能水平。检测结果表明:水溶性金属热处理保护涂层致密且与基体结合良好,增强了金属高温抗氧化性,拥有较强的耐腐蚀性。In order to prevent the deoxidization of water-soluble metal during heat treatment,the corrosion resistance of watersoluble metal coating during heat treatment was studied in this paper.First,calculate the heat transfer value during the metal heat treatment process,establish the dispersion formula of the center node of the metal part according to the Robita criterion,and set the space step and time step as conditions to ensure the correctness of the convergence of the discrete result,thereby obtaining the actual heating Under the circumstances,the internal temperature state of the metal parts lays the foundation for the subsequent analysis of the corrosion resistance of the coating.Then the genetic algorithm is used to program the computer optimization program,and the penalty term is introduced to obtain the coating structure with light weight and thin thickness.By adjusting the fitness function,the convergence rate is improved,and the protection coefficient of the coating on the metal surface is enhanced.Finally,the water-soluble heat treatment NiAl protective coating on 45#steel was used as the experimental object to verify its corrosion resistance level.The results showed that the heat treatment protective coating of water-soluble metal was compact and well combined with the matrix,which enhanced the high temperature oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of the metal.
