摘  要:基于熔融共混法获得PNG-x/PA6复合材料,创建DSC曲线,围绕力学性能、断口形貌等方面对比分析,探寻不同PNG含量带来的影响机制,并明确PNG作用机理。经分析得知,相比于常规的PA6材料而言,生成的PNG/PA6复合材料具备更为优良的热稳定性,当PNG掺量提升时,所得的复合材料熔融温度随之表现出上升的趋势;在PNG的作用下,复合材料结晶温度相对较高,且随用量的增多而提升。从PNG/PA6复合材料的特性来看,出现结晶温度提升现象主要与PNG含量增加有关;从拉伸强度与弯曲强度来看,在PNG含量增加的前提下,其呈现出先增后减的趋势。综合确定合适的PNG用量,可满足复合材料各方面的性能都处于较优良水平。PNG-x/PA6 composite material was obtained based on melt blending method,and DSC curve was created.Based on the comparative analysis of mechanical properties and fracture morphology,the influence mechanism of diff erent PNG contents was explored and the action mechanism of PNG was clarified.According to the analysis,compared with conventional PA6 materials,the generated PNG/PA6 composite material has better thermal stability.When the content of PNG increases,the melting temperature of the composite material shows a rising trend.Under the action of PNG,the crystallization temperature of composite material is relatively high and increases with the increase of dosage.From the characteristics of PNG/PA6 composites,the increase of crystallization temperature is mainly related to the increase of PNG content.From the perspective of tensile strength and bending strength,under the premise of increasing the content of PNG,it shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.Whein the appropriate PNG dosage is compre hensively determined,the properties of the composite material in all aspects can obtain at an excellent level.
