摘  要:为了提高公路沥青路面的使用性能,采用预聚体法合成公路沥青路面聚氨酯固-固相变储能材料。研究中以聚乙二醇、MDI、DMF等为实验原料进行合成,并结合样品表征手段进行分析。通过聚乙二醇分子量对材料软段结晶的影响及聚氨酯相变材料热传导性能进行实验分析,结果表明,聚氨酯固-固相变储能材料具有相变温度选择范围广、相变循环热稳定性好等优点,适用于公路沥青路面中。In order to improve the performance of highway asphalt pavement,polyurethane solid-solid phase change energy storage material was synthesized by prepolymer method.In the study,polyethylene glycol,MDI,DMF and other raw materials were used as experimental materials.The samples was analyzed combining with characterization methods.The influence of polyethylene glycol molecular weight on soft segment crystallization and thermal conductivity of polyurethane solid material was tested.The experimental results show that polyurethane solid-solid phase change energy storage material has the advantages of wide selection range of phase change temperature and good thermal stability of phase change cycle,The material is suitable for highway asphalt pavement.
