摘 要:为有效评估拼装式建筑合成材料寿命,进行拼装式建筑合成材料老化试验研究,探讨合成材料老化前后的性能变化。老化指标包括外观变化、力学性能变化以及其它性能变化等三个方面。通过实验表明:(1)外观:老化一段时间后,表面变得较为粗糙,有明显颗粒分布;后期材料明显有结块及孔洞出现;(2)力学性能表现为:拉伸强度和断裂伸长率下降明显;(3)湿热老化结束后,试样尺寸明显变大,并伴有粉状情况。In order to eff ectively predict the service life of assembled building composite materials,the aging test of assembled building composite materials was carried out,and the performance changes of composite materials before and after aging were discussed.Aging indexes include appearance change,mechanical property change and other performance changes.The experimental results show that:(1)before aging,the surface of sample is smooth without holes and cracks;after a period time of aging,the surface becomes rough with obvious particle distribution and the material has obvious caking and holesduring later aging time;(2)tensile strength and the elongation at break decreases obviously;(3)after damp heat aging,the sample size increases obviously with powder on the surface.
