摘  要:聚氨酯橡胶合成材料种类繁多,用途十分广泛。本文重点针对聚氨酯橡胶合成材料塑胶跑道的耐老化性能进行研究。通过聚醚多乙醇以及多异氰酸酯的反应可得到聚氨酯预聚体,以2-乙基乙酸铅的邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯溶液为催化剂,得到胶浆;固化后形成全胶型胶层,加入黑胶粒完成聚氨酯橡胶合成材料塑胶跑道铺设。针对聚氨酯橡胶合成材料塑胶跑道的性能进行分析讨论,结果表明,相比传统跑道,聚氨酯橡胶合成材料塑胶跑道的耐磨性更好、耐光照老化时间更长,随着聚氨酯橡胶合成材料粘度增大,一直保持较高的冲击弹性,更加符合使用。There are many kinds of polyurethane rubber synthetic materials,and their applications are very wide.This paper focuses on the aging resistance of polyurethane rubber synthetic material plastic runway.Polyurethane prepolymer is obtained by the reaction of polyether ethanol and polyisocyanate,and the slurry is obtained by using diisooctyl phthalate solution of 2-ethyllead acetate as catalyst.After curing,the whole rubber type layer is formed,adding black rubber particles to complete the laying of polyurethane rubber synthetic material plastic runway.The performance of polyurethane rubber synthetic material plastic runway is analyzed and discussed.The results show that compared with traditional runway,polyurethane rubber synthetic material plastic runway has better wear resistance and longer light aging resistance time.With the increase of the viscosity of polyurethane rubber synthetic material,it keeps high impact elasticity and is more suitable for use.
