摘 要:聚合物燃烧释放的毒气是火灾中主要的致死因素,选取了丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)作为样品研究聚合物燃烧毒性尺度规律.在小尺寸条件下,利用稳态管式炉测定不同通风状态下ABS材料燃烧释放毒气体积分数,并采用FDS软件进行数值模拟.模拟结果显示与实验结果吻合较好,保证了CFD模型的有效性.在此基础上,保持Froude数不变,建立多种尺度的CFD模型.结果表明:随着实验尺度的增加,燃料周围的CO体积分数也在增加;当通风状态由良好变为不良时,CO体积分数的增长率随着实验尺度的增加而增加,且二者基本满足一次函数关系;FED值的变化趋势与CO体积分数的变化趋势呈现一致性.The toxic gases released from polymer combustion is the main lethal factor in fires.In this paper,acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS)was selected as a sample to investigate the scale law of polymer combustion toxicity.The steady-state tube furnace was used to measure the concentration of toxic gases released from the smallscale combustion of ABS materials under different ventilation conditions.In addition,FDS software was used to perform numerical simulations.Simulation results showed good agreement with experimental data,indicating the validity of the CFD model.On this basis,the Froude number was kept constant,and multi-scale CFD models were established.Results showed that as the experimental scale increased,the CO concentration around the fuel also increased.When the ventilation condition changed from good to poor,the growth rate of CO concentration increased with the growing experimental scale,and these two parameters basically satisfied a linear function relationship.The changing trend of FED values was consistent with that of CO concentration.
