摘　　要：美国不顾国际道义、法理和公信,凭借自身强大的经济、军事、科技和舆论影响力,试图在经济、外交、军事和舆论上全方位遏制中国的发展。美国霸凌主义行为,不仅对中国的经济、政权、意识形态和主权安全造成了严峻地威胁,更给世界的和平和发展带来了严峻地挑战。丢掉幻想、准备斗争,保持定力、沉着应对,找准时机、顺势而为,是有效消除美国霸凌主义威胁的必然之路和应然举措。Inspite of international morality, jurisprudence and public trust, the United States, with its strong economic, military, scientific, and public opinion influence, tries to balance and contain China’s development in all aspects of economy, diplomacy, military affairs, and public opinion. American bullying behavior not only poses a serious threat to China’s economy, political power, ideology and sovereignty, but also brings severe challenges to world peace and development. Losing illusions, preparing for struggle, maintaining strength, coping with calmness, finding the right time, and taking advantage of the situation are the inevitable way and the necessary measures to effectively eliminate the threat of American bullying.
