摘 要:混合式学习模式是传统的面对面教学(线下)与e-learning/on line(线上)并用的形式,“互联网+”为混合式学习模式提供了更多的机遇和资源。《行政管理学》是理论性与实践性兼有的一门课程,通过实施混合式教学可以拓展学生理论知识和培养实践技能。“互联网+时代”《行政管理学》混合式学习创新模式则通过教师团队线上线下教学和地方相关政府部门线上参与到学生课前、课堂、课后、评价过程中,拓展了教学参与主体,形成理论与实践兼具的多元混合教学模式,它不仅有助于培养出高质量复合式行政管理人才,而且能够促进校地合作价值的实现。Blended learning is a form of traditional face-to-face teaching and e-learning/on line.Internet plus provides more opportunities and resources for blended learning mode.Administration management is a course with both theory and practice.Students'theoretical knowledge and practical skills can be expanded by use of the implementation of blended teaching.The“Internet plus era”blended learning innovation modeof administrative management that is made of teaching of teachers'teams and participation of local government departments to students'pre class,among class,after-school and evaluation process through the online.It expands the main body of teaching and forms a pluralistic blended teaching mode with both theory and practice.It not only helps to cultivate high-quality composite,administrative professionals,but also it can promote the realization of the value of school and local government cooperation.
