摘  要:为增加多电平逆变器的输出电平数量,提高输出电压增益,提出一种具有升压能力的单输入开关电容多电平逆变器,通过控制两个电容的不等值充电以及电源与各电容间的串并联转换,实现逆变器的九电平电压输出和四倍升压增益。该逆变器采用单个直流电源输入,具有电路结构简单、功率器件少、输出电平多和升压能力强等优点,并且无需额外复杂的控制回路即可实现电容电压的自平衡。该文给出了逆变器的拓扑结构、工作原理和调制策略,分析了影响电容电压纹波的相关因素,并对提出的逆变器拓扑进行了对比分析。最后,分别通过仿真和实验对所提逆变器进行验证,结果表明该逆变器在稳态和动态条件下均具有良好的工作性能。In order to increase the output level of multilevel inverter and enhance the output voltage gain, a single-input switched capacitor multilevel inverter with boost capability is proposed in this paper. The inverter can achieve nine-level voltage output and four times boost gain by controlling the unequal charging of two capacitors and the series-parallel conversion between the power supply and capacitors. In this inverter, a single DC input source is employed, and it has the advantages of simple circuit structure, few power components, more output levels and strong boost gain. Moreover, the capacitor voltage self-balancing can be achieved without additional complex control circuit. In this paper, the topology, working principle, and modulation strategy of the inverter are presented, the factors which affect capacitor voltage ripple are analyzed, and the topology is compared and analyzed. Finally, the proposed inverter is verified by simulation and experiment. The results show that the inverter has good performance under the conditions of both steady and dynamic states.
