摘  要:柔性直流输电技术是以电压源换流器(VSC)、可关断器件和脉宽调制(PWM)技术为基础的新一代直流输电技术,较常规直流而言对暂态保护特性有更高的要求。以柔性直流输电用直流电压测量装置的暂态响应试验为研究对象,通过暂态响应的试验现状、标准要求、试验方法和试验参数的研究,提出基于固态MARX发生器阶跃方波电压源的暂态响应试验技术,研制完成柔性直流输电用直流电压测量装置暂态响应试验系统,实现满足标准要求的快速上升长脉宽的暂态响应试验及测量。仿真和试验结果表明,提出的柔性直流输电用直流电压测量装置的阶跃响应暂态特性试验方法及试验设备,其性能指标满足柔性直流输电工程用直流电压测量装置阶跃响应暂态特性试验要求,可方便有效地评估直流电压测量装置暂态响应特性,对保障直流输电工程系统的安全稳定运行具有重要意义。As a new generation of DC transmission based on voltage source converter(VSC), self-turn-off devices and pulse width modulation(PWM) technology, the flexible DC transmission(VSC-HVDC) has a higher requirement for the transient response time and protection characteristics of DC measuring device. Aiming at the VSC-HVDC DC voltage measuring device, the research that involves the step response test technology of rise time, delay time and other protection properties and characteristics is carried on. The transient response test system of DC voltage measuring device is developed to meet the standard requirements of transient response test and measurement with the rapid rise and long pulse test voltage source,that is based on the solid MARX principle. The simulation and experiment results show that the performance indexes meet the requirements of DC voltage measuring device transient response. The proposed VSC-HVDC DC voltage measuring device protection test method and equipment are convenient and effective to evaluate the transient response characteristics of DC voltage measuring device and ensure the safe and stable operation of HVDC transmission system.
