摘  要:为实现±10kV光伏直流接入线路极间短路故障发生后系统的快速稳定控制,避免不必要的停机操作,提出了基于故障过渡电阻判断的故障协调控制策略。首先,分析了故障过渡电阻对极间短路故障特性的影响,提取了故障电气量的变化特性;其次,利用故障清除前后电气量的变化特性,设计了故障时间分析方法,实现了故障暂时性和永久性的判断,并产生故障清除信号;接着,以不触发其他保护动作为原则,提出了暂时性故障的恢复方案,实现了系统恢复正常运行;最后,基于PSCAD/EMTDC搭建了±10kV光伏直流接入系统仿真模型,对故障协调控制策略进行了仿真验证。结果表明:提出的故障协调控制策略能够辨识暂时性故障,并在故障清除后实现系统的快速恢复,提升系统的可靠性。研究结果验证了所提故障协调控制策略的正确性。In order to control the ±10 kV photovoltaic DC collection system fast and stably after the pole-to-pole short-circuit fault occurs, and avoid unnecessary downtime operation, a coordinated control strategy based on judging fault resistance is proposed. The influence of fault resistance on the pole-to-pole short-fault characteristics is analyzed, and the variation characteristics of fault electric quantity are extracted. By using the change characteristics of electric quantity before and after fault being cleared, a fault time analysis method is designed to judge whether the fault is temporary or not, and to generate a signal of cleared faults. Based on the principle of not triggering protection methods action, the fault recovery scheme is proposed to realize the normal operation of the system. A model of ±10 kV photovoltaic DC collection system with the coordinated control strategy is built and simulated based on the PSCAD/EMTDC. The results show that the proposed fault coordination control strategy can identify the temporary fault and recover the system after the fault is removed, and it improves the reliability of the system. The research results verify the correctness of the proposed fault coordination control strategy.
