摘  要:为了提高变压器绕组状态评估的有效性,需要解决工程应用中在线监测变压器短路电抗输出数据流分散性大的问题。首先,分析了现有离线短路电抗算法和在线短路电抗算法,并建立了短路电抗输入量特性不确定度数学模型;然后归纳了测量系统中不同互感器准确度组合下离线测量、在线测量对输出量短路电抗的影响;最后在试验室内搭建试验平台实测验证。研究结果表明:电压互感器准确度是影响在线监测短路电抗分散性大的关键性因素,电流互感器准确度影响相对较小;电流信号输入量的边界约束公式能有效地减小短路电抗输出数据的分散性。该方法应用于短路电抗在线监测,可有效地提高变压器绕组变形评估的可靠性和实用性。In order to improve the effectiveness of evaluating the state of transformer winding, it is necessary to solve the problem of large dispersion of output data flow in the process of online monitoring the transformer short-circuit reactance in engineering applications. Firstly, we analyzed the existing offline short-circuit reactance algorithm and online short-circuit reactance algorithm, and established an uncertainty mathematical model of the short-circuit reactance input characteristic. Thereby, we summarized the effects of offline measurement and online measurement on the output short-circuit reactance under different combinations of transformer accuracy in the measurement system, and built a test platform in the laboratory for actual measurement verification. The research results show that the accuracy of the voltage transformer is a key factor that affects the dispersion of the short-circuit reactance in online monitoring, and the accuracy of the current transformer has a relatively small effect. The boundary constraint formula of the input current signal can effectively reduce the dispersion of the output data of the short-circuit reactance. This method is applied to online monitoring of short-circuit reactance, which can effectively improve the reliability and practicability of transformer winding deformation evaluation.
