摘  要:为了克服现有集成式隔离断路器定期运维模式的不足,从设备、站、网3个层面提出一种基于风险评估的集成式隔离断路器运维策略。设备层面,通过健康指数理论建立集成式隔离断路器的停运模型,并获得集成式隔离断路器故障样本集合。变电站层面,考虑变电站接线形式,建立含集成式隔离断路器的电网风险分析模型。电网层面,对所有集成式隔离断路器进行风险评估,采用风险追踪的方法确定各变电站运维次序,并根据整个运维期间的系统风险,结合运维费用,提出集成式隔离断路器优化运维方法,确定各变电站内集成式隔离断路器运维次序和运维时间。算例分析表明:相对于现有计划运维和状态运维,该文方法在满足运维要求的同时,电网风险分别降低了19.67%和13.21%,能够实现集成式隔离断路器精细化运维,具有较好的运维效益。To overcome the disadvantages of current operation and maintenance mode of integrated disconnecting circuit breakers, this paper proposes an operation and maintenance strategy based on risk assessment at three levels such as equipment, substation and grid. At the equipment level, the outage probability model for the integrated disconnecting circuit breakers is established by the health index theory, and the fault set is obtained. At the substation level, considering the connection form of the substation, a grid risk analysis model is formulated with the integrated disconnecting circuit breakers. At the grid level, the risks of all integrated disconnecting circuit breakers are assessed, and the risk tracking method is applied to determine the operation and maintenance order of each substation. According to the system risk of the whole operation and maintenance period, and combined the operation and maintenance costs, the operation and maintenance method of the integrated disconnecting circuit breakers is proposed to optimize the maintenance time and order of the integrated disconnecting circuit breakers in each substation. The analysis of example illustrates that, compared with current regular maintenance and condition-based maintenance, the proposed method satisfies maintenance requirements, and reduces the grid risk by 19.67% and 13.21%. The method achieves the refined operation and maintenance of the integrated disconnecting circuit breakers, and obtains better maintenance benefits.
