摘  要:根据风电场并网必须具备低电压穿越的要求,对某风电场传统撬棒电路进行改进,并加入直流卸荷保护电路以提高风电场低电压穿越能力;首先研究了双馈感应发电机的暂态过程和转子侧故障电流表达式,进一步推出撬棒电阻值的选取范围,优化了撬棒及直流卸荷电路的触发脉冲信号;在Matlab/Simulink仿真软件中搭建风机并网模型,进行3种不同故障类型的仿真,结果证明了撬棒及卸荷电阻值选取的合理性和改进保护电路方法的优越性。According to low voltage ride through requirement for grid-connected wind farm,the traditional crowbar circuit for a wind farm is improved,and a DC-chopper protection circuit is added to improve the low voltage ride-through capability of the wind farm.Firstly,the transient process of doubly-fed induction generator and rotor-side fault current expression is studied,the selection of range of crowbar resistance value is further introduced,and the trigger pulse signal of the crowbar and DC-chopper circuit is optimized.Then the grid connected wind turbine model is built based on Matlab/Simulink to simulate three types of fault,the results show that the rationality of the selection of the crowbar and unloading resistance and the superiority of the improved protection circuit method.
