宋代文人集会茶事图中“点茶法”器具研究

摘　　要：宋代作为我国茶文化高度发展的时期之一,出现了很多基于茶文化的子文化,茶事绘画就是其中的典型代表。宋代文人集会盛行,穷尽雅致的"点茶法"在宋代文人中备受推崇,所用到的茶事器具作为点茶法的承载之物经常出现在宋代文人集会图中,本文主要用比较分析法、图像学分析法从宋代文人集会图的代表——《文会图》和《撵茶图》中研究宋代文人集会图中所用到的"点茶法器具",从而总结宋代文人集会必备的点茶器具以及点茶器具的特征。As one of China’s periods when tea culture develops rapidly,many sub-cultures based on tea culture emerged in the Song Dynasty.Among them,the tea gathering picture is a typical example.In the Song Dynasty,gatherings of literati are a prevailing activity.They extremely favored an elegant and refined activity named"tea whisking"(the powdered tea mixed into hot water and frothed with a whisk before serving).The sets used were seen as the vessels of"tea whisking"culture and appeared a lot in the pictures of Song literati’s gatherings.This paper mainly uses comparative analysis and iconography analysis to study the"tea sets"used in the literati’s gathering pictures of the Song dynasty,"Wenhui(literati’s gathering)"and"Chucha(tea grinding)".By doing this,we hope to summarize the must-have tea sets of"tea whisking"for literati’s gathering in the Song Dynasty and their characteristics.
