江南农村民居单体设计对保温隔热性能的影响研究

摘　　要：根据对江南传统砖木结构民居单体建筑设计的分析,研究其对于保温隔热性能的影响,以期改善民居冬夏热环境舒适度。通过对于2个江南传统村落现场调研测绘与研究统计,探索了砖木结构民居的的体型系数、平面布置、自然通风、太阳辐射量利用和外围护结构构造对于民居保温隔热性能的影响。研究结果表明:江南农村砖木结构民居传承传统建筑设计手法的挑檐、冷巷等在一定程度上提升了民居的保温隔热性能,但由于民居体型系数大、平面布置不合理、外围护结构热工性能差,冬夏室内热环境依旧达不到人体舒适度要求。应在新建农村民居的单体设计中取其精华、去其糟粕,以提高室内热环境舒适度,营造农村生态木构民居。Based on the analysis of the monomer design of rural buildings in the Regions South of the Yangtze River,we look forward to improving the residents’thermal comfort by studying its impacts on the buildings’thermal insulation performance.By means of survey and research statistics,this paper explored the influence on thermal insulation property of shape factor,plane layout,natural ventilation,amount of solar radiation,and building envelope.The result of the research shows that,to some extent,the traditional design technique like cornice and cold lane do improve the thermal insulation performance of rural residence,but due to the bad performance and disadvantages of those four factors,the thermal environment of indoor residences still fails to meet people’s requirement of comfort.So,we must design the rural residence better by taking the essence of the monomer design to improve the indoor environment and reach the standard of ecological wooden houses.
