摘  要:玉米ZmELF基因编码一个EREBP-like转录因子,含有一个AP2结构域,属于转录因子AP2/EREBP家族,对干旱响应明显。本研究对103份供试自交系的ZmELF基因进行目标序列捕获并测序,获得了1789 bp的全长序列。核苷酸多态性分析发现43个变异位点,包括42个SNPs和1个Indel。对ZmELF基因进行中性检验分析,表明该基因没有明显的人工选择痕迹。该基因的编码区共有7个变异位点,均为SNP,4个为同义位点,其余3个为非同义位点,蛋白质序列按非同义位点分为4种类型。ZmELF gene ecodes a EREBP-like transcription factor,belonging to the AP2/EREBP transcription factor family.In maize,the ZmELF gene is significantly induced by drought.In this study,we captured and sequenced the target sequences of ZmELF genes from 103 tested inbred lines and obtained a full-length sequence of 1789 bp.Nucleotide polymorphism analysis revealed 43 variants,including 42 SNPs and 1 Indel.Neutral test analysis of the ZmELF gene showed that the gene had no obvious footprints of artificial selection.A total of 7 mutation sites were found in the coding region of this gene,all of which were SNPs,including 4 synonymous sites and 3 non-synonymous sites.Besides,protein sequences were divided into 4 types by non-homologous sites.
