摘  要:以水稻品种(系)‘日本晴’(敏感型)、‘盐丰47’(中度耐盐型,被大规模种植)、‘津原89’(耐盐型)、‘海野红’(耐盐野生型)为试验材料,采用水培试验,设置0、4‰、6‰共3个NaCl浓度梯度,研究不同浓度盐胁迫下,不同品种水稻苗期叶绿素含量及光合特性的响应规律。结果表明,随着盐胁迫浓度的升高,水稻光合速率下降,但盐胁迫对不同水稻品种(系)光合速率下降幅度的影响存在差异。耐盐品种‘海野红’、‘津原89’在6‰盐胁迫浓度下仍可保持较高水平的光合速率;在6‰盐胁迫浓度下‘津原89’光合速率降幅最小,在盐胁迫下显示较强的适应性;在高盐胁迫下,非气孔因素限制是导致水稻叶片光合速率下降的主要因素。This thesis took four rice varieties(lines)including‘Nipponbare’(low salt tolerance),‘Yanfeng 47’(moderate salt tolerance,large-scale planting),‘Jinyuan 89’(high salt tolerance),‘Haiyehong’(wild variety with salt tolerance)as experimental subjects,setting up three NaCl concentration gradients(0,4‰,6‰).The water culture experiments were conducted to investigate the different chlorophyll content and photosynthetic performance at different seedling stage of rice varieties(lines)under different salt stress.The results showed that,with the increase of salt stress concentration,the photosynthetic rate of rice decreased,but the effects of salt stress on the photosynthetic rate of different rice varieties(lines)varied.Salt-tolerance varieties such as‘Haiyehong’and‘Jinyuan 89’still kept the relevantly high photosynthetic rate under 6‰salt stress.And the photosynthetic rate of‘Jinyuan 89’showed the smallest drop,which demonstrated its strong adaptability under 6‰salt stress.The results also showed that non-stomatal restriction was the main factor that led to the decrease of photosynthetic rate in rice leaves under high salt stress.
