设计学视角下服务设计中的叙述性表达研究

摘　　要：研究在服务设计过程中叙述性内涵的表达应用及其重要性。阐述了设计学视角下服务设计的发展及叙述性内涵表达的相关内容,结合设计案例对叙述性内涵的表达应用手法进行了分析。通过理论研究和案例分析提出掌握服务设计中的叙述性表达是设计成功的必经之路。设计师在构建服务蓝图过程中可以通过叙述性表达赋予产品正确的设计语言和情感价值,从而创造出对用户和社会更好的价值体验。To study the application and importance of narrative connotation in the service design process.The development of service design and the related content of narrative connotation expression from the perspective of design were elaborated.The narrative connotation expression application method was analyzed in combination with design cases.Through theoretical research and case analysis,it is proposed that mastering the narrative expression in service design is the only way for successful design.In the process of constructing a service blueprint,designers can give products the correct design language and emotional value through narrative expression,thereby creating a better value experience for users and society.
