摘  要:高质量发展已经成为城市发展的新阶段和追求,公共服务设施供给和均等化是不可或缺的环节。当前我国学前教育设施配置存在的主要问题是资源供需矛盾大、城乡区域发展差异大、区域内布局不合理,要解决这一现状,政府应当承担幼儿园建设的主体责任,多部门协同保障幼儿园用地和建设,顺应城镇化新趋势,加强对幼儿园需求热点地区的投放并补齐农村学前教育短板。High quality development has become the new stage and pursuit of urban development.The supply and equalization of public service facilities are indispensable.At present,the main problems existing in the allocation of preschool education facilities in China are the contradiction between the supply and demand of resources,the great difference between urban and rural regional development,and the unreasonable regional distribution.To solve this situation,the government should take the main responsibility of kindergarten construction,ensure the land use and construction of kindergartens in multi-sector coordination,comply with the new trend of urbanization,and strengthen the investment in specific areas of kindergarten to make up for the shortage of rural preschool education.
