内地与香港青年的社会成就归因倾向比较研究——基于2018年WVS调查数据

摘　　要：青年群体的社会成就归因倾向既受社会心态的影响,又反作用于社会心态和工作绩效,深刻影响青年群体的社会行为和人生姿态,因此有着重要的研究意义。基于2018年的世界价值观调查(WVS)数据,通过描述、比较、异质性检验,发现香港青年相比内地青年有更高的社会成就外归因倾向。通过进一步建立逐步回归OLS模型发现:由于内地青年普遍持更物质主义的价值取向,经济满足感、相对满足感和科技与机会获得感是内地青年社会成就归因的主要影响因素;由于香港青年呈现更多的后物质主义特征,香港青年的社会成就归因倾向更受生活控制感和主观腐败度的影响。对此,粤港澳地区应注重对内地青年保持经济吸引力,同时建设较为清廉有活力的社会环境来鼓励香港青年努力融入工作。The attribution tendency of social achievement of youth group is not only influenced by social mentality,but also affects social mentality and work performance.It has a profound impact on social behavior and life attitude of youth groups,so it has important research significance.Based on the empirical data of the World Values Survey(WVS)conducted in 2018,through description,comparison and heterogeneity test,it is found that that Hong Kong youth have a higher tendency of external attribution of social achievement than mainland youth.By further establishing the OLS model,it is found that the Mainland youth generally hold more materialistic value orientation,economic satisfaction,relative satisfaction and sense of technology and opportunity acquisition,and those are the main influencing factors of the social achievement attribution of the Mainland Youth.As Hong Kong youth have more Post-materialism characteristics,the social achievement attribution tendency of Hong Kong youth is more influenced by life control and subjective corruption.In this regard,Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao should focus on maintaining their economic attractiveness to the young people of the mainland,and at the same time build a fair and vibrant social environment to encourage the young people of Hong Kong to strive to integrate into work.
