摘 要:目的:了解海南省本科医学生对考研的态度及考研的行为意向现状及影响因素,引导医学生梳理正确的考研态度和考研动机。方法:应用网络招募法和滚雪球法结合的方便抽样,对4757名医学生进行横断面调查。结果:调查海口市有共回收问卷5149份,有效答卷4757份,有效率92.4%。4757名医学生考研态度的总分为(3.6±3.21)分,不同性别、年级、专业和英语水平的医学生考研态度的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且女性、大一和大二、临床医学专业和已过六级的得分相对较高,考研动机的总分为(5.9±6.33)分,不同性别、年级、专业、英语水平和获得奖学金次数的医学生考研态度的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且女性、大二、临床医学专业、已过六级和获得奖学金次数3~4次的得分相对较高;考研行为意向总分为(4.0±8.51)分,不同性别、年级、专业、英语水平和获得奖学金次数的医学生考研态度的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且女性、大四及以上、临床医学专业、已过六级和获得奖学金次数3~4次的得分相对较高,经Pearson相关分析,考研态度、考研动机均与考研行为意向呈正相关(r考研态度=0.534,r考研动机=0.636,P<0.001),考研态度与考研动机呈正相关(r=0.687,P<0.001)。多因素分析显示,影响考研行为意向得分的影响因素主要有考研动机、考研态度、性别、英语水平、获得奖学金次数及专业(P<0.001),且专业对得分的影响较大,方程为:医学生考研行为意向=-7.264+0.770×考研动机+0.476×考研态度+1.760×性别+0.907×英语水平+0.965×获得奖学金次数+1.015×专业。结论:教育者应通过实施系统、科学的考研相关教育,引导医学生进行合理的自我认知,对考研的主客观条件进行综合分析与权衡,帮助医学生树立正确的考研态度,理性对待考研。Objective:To understand the attitudes and influencing factors of undergraduate medical students in Hainan towards postgraduate entrance examination and postgraduate entrance examination,and to guide medical students to sort out the correct postgraduate entrance examination attitude and motivation.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted on 4757 medical students by using convenient sampling combined with online recruitment and snowballing.Results:There were 5149 questionnaires collected in Haikou City,with 4757 valid answers and an effective rate of 92.4%.The total score of 4757 medical students'postgraduate entrance examination attitude was(3.6±3.21)Points,the difference in the attitude of medical students of different genders,grades,majors and English levels in postgraduate entrance examinations is statistically significant(P<0.05);and the scores of women,freshmen and sophomores,clinical medicine majors and those who have passed level 6 are relatively high High,with a total score of(5.9±6.33)motives for postgraduate entrance examinations.Differences in postgraduate entrance attitudes among medical students of different genders,grades,majors,English levels,and number of scholarships received are statistically significant(P<0.05);Clinical Medicine,Passed Level 6 and 3 to 4 times of scholarships,the scores are relatively high.The total score of postgraduate entrance examination intentions is(4.0±8.51).Different genders,grades,majors,English level and the number of scholarships received The difference of medical students'attitude towards postgraduate entrance examination was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the scores of women,seniors and above,clinical medicine majors,level 6 passed,and the number of scholarships 3 to 4 times were relatively high,according to Pearson correlation analysis,test Attitude,motivation of pursuing graduate and postgraduate both behavioral intention was positively correlated(=0.534,=0.636,P<0.001),attitude and motivation of pursuing graduate study section was positively corre
