摘  要:稻丰散是一种中等毒性的有机磷杀虫剂,为降低生产成本和原料消耗对稻丰散的合成路线进行工艺改进。本文选用三氯氧磷作为催化剂合成ɑ-溴代苯乙酸作为关键合成工艺路线,使原料溴素的吨消耗从1000 t下降至700 t,稻丰散原油的含量达95%,收率达94%以上,大大降低原材料的消耗,节约了生产成本,提高了稻丰散在有机磷农药的市场中的竞争力。Phenthoate is a moderately toxic organophosphate insecticide.In order to reduce the production cost and raw material consumption,the synthetic route of Phenthoate was improved.This article selects the phosphorus oxychloride as catalyst for synthesis ofɑ-bromine generation of phenylacetic acid as the key synthesis process route,the raw bromide tons consumption decreased from 1000 tons to 700 tons,rice feng scattered oil content was 95%,and the yield of above 94%,and significantly reduce the consumption of raw materials,saves the production cost,improve the rice feng in organophosphorus pesticides in the market competitiveness.
