摘 要:C-276合金具有优异的耐蚀性能,其应用也越来越广泛。在设备制造过程中,不可避免进行一些中间热处理。对不同热处理状态下的C-276合金的试样进行标准的ASTM G28方法 A和方法 B晶间腐蚀试验及显微组织分析,研究了热处理对合金耐腐蚀性能的影响。消应力热处理温度升到620℃时,两种腐蚀试验的腐蚀速率均开始明显增加,650℃时腐蚀速率远远大于固溶状态。1020-1040℃热处理采用到温装炉的方式比随炉升温热处理的腐蚀速率低得多,到温装炉得到的腐蚀速率和固溶状态相当,而随炉升温热处理得到的腐蚀速率比固溶状态大几十倍。C-276 alloy has excellent corrosion resistance,and its application is more and more extensive.In the process of equipment manufacturing,some intermediate heat treatment is inevitable.The standard ASTM G28 method A and method B intergranular corrosion tests and microstructure analysis were carried out on C-276 alloy samples under different heat treatment conditions.The effect of heat treatment on the corrosion resistance of the alloy was studied.When the temperature of stress relief heat treatment rises to 620℃,the corrosion rate of the two kinds of corrosion tests begins to increase significantly,and the corrosion rate is much higher than that of the solid solution state at 650℃.The corrosion rate of heat treatment at 1020-1040℃by the way of charging to the temperature is much lower than that of heat treatment by the way of rising with furnace.The corrosion rate of heat treatment by the way of charging to the temperature is similar to that of solid solution,and the corrosion rate of heat treatment by the way of rising with furnace is dozens of times higher than that of solid solution.
