摘  要:为了提升乘用车车身门槛梁的防水能力,探讨了门槛梁的结构形式和密封方法。分析了门槛梁腔体内部是否允许进水,阐述了门槛梁里板的自身密封、门槛梁上止口的密封、门槛梁里板与前地板搭接面的密封,以及A、B、C柱下端与门槛梁连接处的密封,并按照给出的解决方案对实车进行水密试验,证实了密封方法的有效性。在门槛梁结构设计过程中运用密封技巧,在不降低强度性能、不增加成本的情况下,也能达到较好的防水效果。In order to improve the waterproof capability of the threshold beam of passenger car body,the structure form and sealing method of the threshold beam are discussed.This paper analyzes whether water is allowed in the cavity of the threshold beam,and expounds the self-sealing of the threshold beam inner plate,the sealing of the top edge of the threshold beam,the sealing of the overlapping surface between the threshold beam inner plate and the front floor,as well as the sealing of the joint between the lower ends of A,B and C columns and the threshold beam.According to the given solution,the watertight test of the real vehicle is carried out,which proves the effectiveness of the sealing method.Using the sealing technique in the design process of the threshold beam structure can achieve better waterproof effect without reducing the strength performance and increasing the cost.
