摘  要:为了研究先进插电式混合动力汽车的热管理系统构型和性能,文章以某进口插电式混合动力汽车为研究对象,分析其热管理系统构型,通过试验,研究混动模式下不同工况热管理系统的性能。研究表明:该插电式混合动力汽车的热管理系统结构复杂;各冷却回路可精准控制冷却液温度,保证不同发热部件的正常工作;高温环境下乘员舱温度控制在26-27℃左右,满足乘客空调热舒适性要求;电池包高、低电量(SOC)对热管理系统工作状态有一定的影响。对于插电式混合动力汽车的热管理系统设计有一定的指导意义。In order to study the configuration and performance of thermal management system of advanced plug-in hybrid electric vehicle,this paper takes an imported plug-in hybrid electric vehicle as the research object,analyzes its thermal management system configuration,and studies the performance of thermal management system under different working conditions through test.The results show that the structure of the thermal management system of the plug-in hybrid electric vehicle is complex,each cooling circuit can accurately control the temperature of the coolant to ensure the normal operation of different heating components,the temperature of the passenger compartment is controlled at about 26~27℃in high temperature environment to meet the thermal comfort requirements of passenger to air conditioning,the high and low SOC of battery pack have a certain impact on the working state of the thermal management system.It has a certain guiding significance for the thermal management system design of plug-in hybrid electric vehicle.
